st st & th th

I just want to be beautiful.
On another note I've hurt my god damn foot because I do everything in the fucking world on it
Dinner I had 610cals
It's a lot but I had to go out for dinner and the place had little side notes of healthy choices and how many cals they were needless to say I was stuffed when finished
Breakfast was half a cup of cereal and half a grape fruit
I didn't work out at all and no lunch
Not a very good day
Tomorrow I plan to eat a little cereal and save my cals for lunch
We're going to sho gun? it's a Japanese steak house
lots of cals I figure
I'll most certainly have to be careful
