st st & th th

So far
two glasses green tea - 0cals
two hard boiled eggs with mayo - 246cals
wheat bread with cinnamon - 100cals
346 cals for breakfast and lunch
yay
not to mention crunches
but still no hard exorcises with my leg
Can't walk for long let alone run
lunges are a work in progress but they are coming along
