st st & th th !!!

Ok so yesterday was a fail I only ate the cereal I had planned on eating all 500 but I ran out of time and got really busy
Also late night like up till 2:30ish with my boyfriend so I didn't wake up early either
I went to pt came home did crunches and leg lifts and took a cold shower then stuffed my face with a 580 cal chicken sandwich
What's worse over or under? Over of course
So I'm done eating for the day
I plan to start doing crunches and leg lifts in the morning and at night maybe in the middle of the day too
Again any suggestions for things I can do with a fucked knee?
